Pilates encompasses a wide range of exercises aimed at general strengthening, flexibility and overall balance. There is a strong focus on core strengthening which assists with recurring neck and lower back pain.

At RPPR we use a series of specialized Pilates Equipment, allowing us to prescribe low impact, safe and technique driven exercises.

Our Clinical Pilates Instructors are also qualified Physiotherapists. This ensures safety and goal oriented exercise prescription.

Pilates is suitable for men and women of all age groups and levels of fitness. It is ideal for injury prevention, but also suits those who want to stay fit, lose weight and tone up.
