Sports-Fit is a cutting edge approach to sports specific exercise. Originally developed for high level Rugby Union players, Sports-Fit can be modified to suit the demands of Cricket, Rugby League, Swimming, AFL, Running, Soccer and Tennis.

With a focus on core strengthening it comes with the guarantee of improving the transfer of power from the upper to lower limbs and vice versa.

Sessions are held in groups of 3-4 and are open to sportspeople of all levels. Some people may even qualify for a private health care rebate.
